How does moment.max work?

The moment.max() function returns the maximum of the given moment objects based on their chronological order, taking into account any offsets or timezones. It compares the moments based on their Unix timestamp values. If multiple moments have the same maximum timestamp, it returns the first one in the given array.

const moment = require("moment");

const a = moment("2022-04-01");
const b = moment("2022-04-05");

const max = moment.max(a, b);

console.log(max.format("YYYY-MM-DD")); // Output: 2022-04-05

In this example, we first import the moment library. Then, we create two moment objects, a and b, representing two different dates. We then pass these two moment objects to moment.max, which returns the maximum of the two, which is b. Finally, we log the formatted output of max, which is 2022-04-05.
